Tuesday Night 10s

6th April to 14th September 2010.

The main focus of racing with Hinckley CRC is the Tuesday Night 10 mile time trial.

Taking place on the K41/10 course near Wolvey from April to September.

Start : 7:00 pm
(Early start of 6:30 on 6th, 14th and 20th April and 7th and 14th September)

Sign on 30 minutes before start.

This is a quiet course, with little traffic, so ideal for new riders.

Riders are required to have working rear lights. Front lights are optional, but recommended..

We are lucky to be allowed to use the field behind the Axe and Compass pub in Wolvey, so there is usually plenty of parking. If you want to come and meet us then this is the ideal time. Come and introduce yourself, ask questions, and share a cup of tea and a piece of cake.

Then when all riders have finished come and have a pint with us in the Bar
 while we debate the evening's results.

The 5-Star competition is based on the average of a riders best 5 times in the Tuesday Night 10s.

The informal on-line handicap and Mini Leagues are also based in the times in the series.

The last ride of the year ( 14th Sept ) will be limited in numbers, as the light is usually marginal at this time of year. Limited to Hinckley CRC riders only. This ride will not be part of the Club 5-star competition. Everybody is invited to the Axe and Compass afterwards for a drink and a meal.
