On-Line Handicap League

Rules :

1. The on-line handicap league is an informal competition.
   No Trophy will be awarded.
   
   
2. The competition is open to everybody.
   
   
3. Points are won in the HCRC Tuesday Night Ten series.
   
   
4. Points will be awarded to the top 10 riders on handicap, from 10 points for first place down to 1 point.
   
   
5. Handicap "allowances" will be calculated as the difference between a rider's 5 Star Average and a target 20 minute ride.
   If this is a riders first TNT this season, then their 5-star average from the previous season will be used.
   If the rider has never competed in a TNT then their handicap will be set to zero for their first ride.
   
   
6. Handicaps will be automatically recalculated each week as the 5-Star is updated.
